In 1965, Alosza Kluger opened a carpet store at this location in Elmwood Park. He was a personable professional who grew the business through the 1970's. In 1987 he and his son, Norman, opened Kluger & Son Floor Covering. As the name implies, the product range has grown to include a more comprehensive range of goods and services: carpet, area rugs, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, linoleum, cork & rubber flooring, as well as free measuring, wood refinishing and warrantied installations. Today, at Kluger & Son we offer the same personal service from decades ago and a commitment to our customers not offered by most other flooring retailers.
